Jacqueline Rose Perry
I’ve been making cakes for 30 years for family and friends. One of the most joyous and fulfilling moments in my life was when I created my daughter’s wedding cake. Making her wedding cake turned out to be quite a journey for me. Made with lots of love, this wedding cake became the spring board to create Rustic Roses: cakes that celebrate important life events — weddings, showers, birthdays, and other moments.
My cake style is rustic and natural. I use local ingredients whenever possible and decorate my cakes with roses, flowers, succulents, liliko'i, and berries that are grown in my family garden. My recipes are tried and true, which make for delicious cakes that are light and not too sweet, with that home-made taste that is sure to please.
